The Challenge for Women in the Mining Industry:


The numbers tell a story- there are not enough senior Women in Tech in exco positions. Companies need to create a pipeline of YOUNG Talent that will enable them to “grow their own timber”.

Previous alumni from our programmes  have given us feedback that Women’s Leadership Development training lead them to feel that their company genuinely cares about their development – they are then more likely to be retained.
